81 vendors · 11 categories
Padel software, mapped.
Every category of software the sport runs on — booking platforms, club management, video AI, access control, ratings and more. Verified against the vendors' own sites, updated as things change.
Why this page exists
Search “best padel booking software” and every result is either AI-generated affiliate filler or a vendor ranking itself first. This directory is the third thing: independently maintained, padel-specific, and verified against each vendor's own site or app store listing. Anything we can't verify doesn't get listed.
The one trade-off that matters
Padel software splits in two: marketplaces (Playtomic, MATCHi) bring you players but own the relationship — systems of record (Doinsport, Playbypoint) keep your member data yours but you generate your own demand. Every vendor markets against the other model. We state the trade-off and let you choose.
Marketplaces
They bring the players
Player-facing demand networks — your venue is the supply. Fills courts fast, especially new clubs and dead hours.
Systems of record
You keep the players
Your diary, your member data, your relationship. Slower to fill at first — but every booking compounds for you, not the platform.
Most clubs end up running both: the marketplace for reach, the system of record for members. The categories below break down where every vendor sits.

How listings work here
Verified, not ranked. Listings are alphabetical inside each category. Nobody pays for position.
Marked when unchecked. A listing we haven't verified yet says so publicly, with the date of its last check when it has one.
Multi-sport noted. Most of these tools cover tennis, pickleball and more — the sports each vendor supports are on their page.
