Listing Terms & Conditions

These Listing Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of listing services provided by Trust Padel LTD via its website and platform.

By ticking the acceptance box and proceeding with registration or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Company information

References to “Trust Padel”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Trust Padel LTD.

2. Definitions and interpretation

In these Terms:

• Client / You / Your means the individual or legal entity purchasing or using a listing.
• Platform means the Trust Padel website located at trustpadel.com, together with its databases, tools, and related digital services.
• Listing means the promotional placement of your business or services on the Platform.
• Listing Category means one of the following: Padel Club; Padel Retailer; Padel Industry Participant.
• Monthly Contract means a rolling monthly subscription.
• Annual Contract means a fixed 12-month subscription paid upfront.
• Content means all text, images, logos, links, and information submitted by you.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

3. Nature of the service

3.1 Trust Padel provides a marketing and directory platform for padel-related businesses.

3.2 Listings are promotional only. Trust Padel does not:

• Act as an agent, broker, or intermediary;
• Verify or guarantee the quality, legality, or performance of listed businesses;
• Endorse any listed business or offering.

3.3 Inclusion on the Platform does not constitute partnership, employment, or joint venture.

4. Eligibility and authority

4.1 By using the Platform, you confirm that you are operating a legitimate business, and you have all licences, permissions, and regulatory approvals required to operate.

4.2 If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

5. Listing set-up and approval

5.1 Listings are created using information provided by you.

5.2 Trust Padel reserves the right to review, edit, or format listings for consistency, and to refuse or remove listings at its discretion.

5.3 Trust Padel is not responsible for errors arising from information supplied by you.

6. Fees, pricing, and payment

6.1 Prices are displayed on the Platform and vary by Listing Category.

6.2 You may select:

• Monthly Rolling Contract — billed monthly in advance; or
• Annual Contract — 12 months paid upfront with a discount equivalent to two (2) free months.

6.3 All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, are payable in advance, and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

6.4 Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of your listing.

7. Term, renewal, and auto-renewal

7.1 Monthly Contracts commence on the payment date, renew automatically each month, and continue until cancelled with at least 30 days' notice.

7.2 Annual Contracts commence on the payment date, run for a fixed 12-month term, and do not permit early cancellation or refunds.

7.3 Renewal pricing may change upon renewal with reasonable notice.

8. Cancellation and termination

8.1 You may cancel a Monthly Contract by providing at least 30 days' written notice.

8.2 Trust Padel may terminate or suspend your listing immediately if you breach these Terms; if fees remain unpaid; if your content is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or harmful; or if your business activity risks reputational harm to Trust Padel.

8.3 Upon termination, listings will be removed and no refunds will be issued.

9. Client obligations and warranties

You warrant that:

9.1 All Content provided is accurate, lawful, and not misleading, and does not infringe intellectual property or third-party rights.

9.2 Your business complies with UK law, applicable industry regulations, and consumer protection laws (where relevant).

9.3 You will not use the Platform to misrepresent your services; engage in spam, scraping, or data harvesting; or harm the reputation or operation of Trust Padel.

10. Content licence and intellectual property

10.1 You retain ownership of your Content.

10.2 You grant Trust Padel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content, and to use your Content for marketing and promotional purposes.

10.3 Trust Padel owns all rights in the Platform; website design, software, and branding; and Trust Padel trademarks and logos.

11. Platform availability and changes

11.1 Trust Padel aims to maintain availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11.2 We may modify features or layouts, suspend access for maintenance, or discontinue parts of the Platform.

11.3 Such changes do not entitle you to refunds.

12. Disclaimers

12.1 Listings are provided “as is”.

12.2 Trust Padel makes no warranties regarding listing performance, search visibility, or business outcomes or leads.

13. Limitation of liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trust Padel shall not be liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential losses.

13.2 Trust Padel's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trust Padel against all claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your Content, your business activities, or breach of these Terms.

15. Data protection

15.1 Each party shall comply with UK GDPR and data protection laws.

15.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with Trust Padel's Privacy Policy.

16. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.

17. Changes to these Terms

17.1 These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to our services, pricing, legal requirements, or business operations.

17.2 The latest version will always be available at trustpadel.com and will display the “Last updated” date.

17.3 For material changes affecting pricing, renewal, or cancellation rights, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email or via the Platform.

17.4 Continued use of the Platform or renewal of a subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
