About
Frindsbury Tennis and Padel Club is based on Upnor Road in Rochester and combines established tennis facilities with one of the area's larger padel offerings. The club has six outdoor panoramic padel courts and provides opportunities for both casual and regular players looking to play in the Medway area.
The club's six panoramic courts are the main attraction and support everything from social games to organised sessions. Online booking is available through the club's platform, making court reservations straightforward. Public information also references clubhouse facilities, changing rooms, parking and equipment hire, helping players access the courts without needing to own their own gear from day one.
As part of a wider tennis and padel venue, the club offers more than standalone court hire and functions as an active racket sports club throughout the year.
Coaching is available for different playing levels, including beginners looking to learn the basics and more experienced players wanting to develop their game. The club also promotes social play, organised matches and community events that help players find regular games.
Alongside coaching, players can access a mix of informal and organised activities, making it easier to meet other local players and build court time into a regular routine.
Located in Rochester, the club is well placed for players across Medway, including nearby areas such as Strood, Chatham and Gillingham. Its position on Upnor Road makes it a convenient option for local residents seeking dedicated padel facilities without travelling further across Kent.
